seven pounds

When it comes to movies few have made me cry.
  • the Lion King, when I finally realized Moufassa was dead
  • Hard Ball, when they shot Baby in a drive by
  • Finding Nemo, when everyone died except for Nemo and his dad Marlin
And now Seven Pounds. There was just this moment where everything clicked in my head and it just felt like a moment to cry. Seven Pounds is a great movie and is now my favorite Will Smith movie. I loved everything about this movie and recommend it for everyone.

I'm usually not a fan of quiet movies or shows(movies or shows that dont constantly have background noises or music happening during the scene) but this one is an exception. I even liked how they paced the movie. It started from the end, but they didn't tell you that. And his dreams/nightmares were placed in the right spot.

Movies like this are always my favorite. I guess I like having those "damn I know what happens next" moments. Now if I can only get through the 2 hours and 43 minutes of Benjamin Button, my day would be complete.
