oh dear ... can you cultivate some ghastly habit to encourage him to move out? Eating onions like apples, farting sonorously and celebrating it with a loud "ah, that's a belter", or pretending to be English, and saying "what ho" with irritating regularity?
LOL! One of my old roommates used to talk in his sleep. I was freaked out at first, but then it really amused me as I can carry short convos with him while he's asleep. And he doesn't remember a thing when he gets up in the morning!
What's creepier is when I woke up a few times at like, 5am, to him laughing/chuckling in his sleep. So creepy. But sit back and enjoy the sleep talk! :P

i would love to do that, but then i would be afraid of getting a nasty reputation of being an inhospitable roommate. and nobody wants that,lol
